2. Cleaning Services & Access

Browtina Cleaning Services LLC agrees to provide professional, bonded, and insured cleaning services as itemized on your written estimate or invoice. Clients agree to provide safe access to the premises during the scheduled cleaning window, including electricity and running water.

3. Invoice Payment Terms

Invoices are payable upon receipt unless alternative commercial credit terms (e.g. Net 14) are explicitly specified in writing. Payments may be made online via credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or US ACH Direct Debit through our secure payment portal at browtinacleaning.com/pay.php.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand schedules change. We request at least 24 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled cleaning appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to appointment may be subject to a $50 late cancellation fee to compensate scheduled cleaning specialists.

5. Payment Security & PCI SAQ A

All electronic payment transactions are securely handled by Stripe, Inc. Card numbers, security codes, and bank credentials are collected directly via Stripe's encrypted client-side iframe elements (PCI SAQ A). Our application servers never store or transmit sensitive card or bank details.

6. Billing Statement Descriptor

Charges on your banking or credit card statement will appear reflecting our registered trading descriptor:

7. 100% Satisfaction Re-Clean Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with any area cleaned, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean the designated areas at zero additional cost.
